Carla in the Cotswolds

Last weekend I had a brilliant flutey day with some of my adult flute choir in Cirencester.

We travelled up to the Cotswolds for a one day flute workshop organised by Clemency Rubinstein of the flute choir Tutti Flutti. The day was led by Carla Rees, a low flute expert and she offered a wealth of knowledge over the course of the day. We took part in an inspiring warm-up before playing pieces with over 40 other flutes. The highlight for me was having the opportunity to play a bass flute in a piece and then trying out the contrabass!
