A really enjoyable evening listening to some impressive soloists alongside this talented bunch. Classical guitar, piano and alto sax performers blew us away!

We use a lot of Mel Orriss’ brilliant arrangements in my flute choir and it was great to spend the day meeting her and playing her music in a large group setting.

Another inspiring day learning lots from others such as Mel Orriss, Gareth McLearnon and many other flute choir leaders. I also had the amazing opportunity to have a one to one masterclass with Marie Christine Zupancic, the Principal flute of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (seen playing Chaminade below)!
